How do I create an account?
All you have to do is select the "Sign Up" on this website and complete the user form. You will receive a confirmation email with your Brown Box address and then you'll be ready to ship.
What's my Brown Box address?
This is the address where all your packages will be delivered and sorted for shipment to Jamaica. The format is:
7220 NW 79 Terrace Medley,
Suite BBLP (INSERT YOUR BROWN BOX NUMBER)
Miami, Florida 33166
Be sure to use your Brown Box number so we can quickly process your package.
How often does Brown Box ship to Jamaica?
Each week we have two to three shipments by air and one shipment by sea. Shipping days are subject to change. Delays may be caused by acts of God or changes to shipping times by our third party companies. This can be subject to change if there are delays by the airline or shipping company.
How soon after my package is delivered in Miami do I get notified?
Packages are typically scanned within one business day of arrival in our Miami warehouse.
How soon will I get my package after it reaches the Miami warehouse?
Once the package is scanned into Miami, it should be available to you within 5-7 business days if it is sent by air or within 7-10 business days if sent by sea.
How do I track my packages?
You'll be able to log into our portal to see where your packages are once they've been scanned. You will also receive tracking updates via email.
Are my packages insured?
Absolutely! We insure all packages.
When will I pay duty on my items?
Currently, Customs duties are charged for all packages exceeding US$50 in value. The Brown Box team will manage the Customs declarations and handling process for your packages.
How will I know my charges?
We'll email your invoice with details about your charges.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, H&L Cash, and all major credit/debit cards.
Can someone collect a package on my behalf?
Yes; do ensure that you add their information to your customer portal, including their full name, ID type and ID number.

What happens if I order a HAZMAT item?
Hazardous materials require special packaging, as such, HAZMAT goods are shipped once a month.
What are the opening hours for the Miami warehouse?
The Miami warehouse opens from 9:00am-5:00pm local time, Monday to Friday.
